No. The conversion happens entirely inside your browser using pdf-lib. Nothing you paste in is sent over the network.
For full CSS/layout fidelity you'd need a headless browser rendering engine, which isn't feasible purely client-side today. We're considering this as part of a possible future optional paid tier — see our How It Works page.
No hard limit, but very long content will produce a multi-page PDF, which may take a moment longer to generate.
